As an architectural photographer specialising in commercial buildings in Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool, I had the privilege of capturing the essence of Aico's new headquarters in Oswestry, Shropshire. This state-of-the-art facility, designed and manufactured by Aico, boasts a striking circular entrance hall staircase that serves as the focal point of the building. The office space, strategically built for future growth, features open-plan offices, meeting rooms, a gym, games room, relaxation room, auditorium, training rooms, and warehouse facilities.
The expansive site also includes meticulously designed landscaping, complete with a running track and exercise equipment, creating a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. The architectural marvel was brought to life by the talented team at DGA Architects in Shrewsbury, whose vision and expertise shaped this impressive structure.
I was honored to be commissioned as the architectural photographer for this project by both the architect and Aico, capturing the intricate details and grandeur of the headquarters for marketing and advertising purposes. Subsequently, I licensed the images to Kingspan, the supplier of the cladding, for inclusion in their annual project book and global marketing initiatives.
