The Oyster Catcher restaurant in Anglesey- Huf Haus architects
This is a rather unique building as it is the first commercial premises made using the Huf Haus system, housing a youth chef training restaurant. Specially designed to accommodate the kitchen, dining and bar areas. Large outdoor areas overlooking the dunes. I was asked to come along to take architectural and interior photographs for the restaurant as well as portraits of Mr Huf himself who had designed the building and was very pleased with the result from this challenging architectural project.
